Cottage town "Cozy Yard" in the village of Bobrytsya, Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi district, is a private house with its own land plot in an ecologically clean suburb of the capital. Near the cottages there are pine forests and lakes, which will provide residents with great places for fishing and mushroom picking, availability of cycling and walking in the lap of nature, far from the city noise. If you need a kindergarten or school, within a 5-9 minute drive from "Cozy Yard" there is a private kindergarten "ZelenSad" and public schools No. 1 and No. 2 in Bilohorodka. Within 10-13 minutes, you can take your child to kindergartens "Iskorka" and "Superkids," the children's center "Kuzia," and the children's art center "Dolonky" in Boyarka. Older children can attend first grade or continue their education at the Boyarka Gymnasium "Vynohradnyk," the Boyarka Academic Lyceum "Harmonia," the private girls' lyceum "Lady," or the municipal school No. 5, which are on average a 10-minute drive away.
