"Green Boulevard" - a comfort-class cottage town in the suburban area of Kyiv - the village of Bilohorodka, Bucha district. The project is being implemented by the company "Eurodim". The houses are equipped with a powerful eight-kilowatt input of a three-phase power grid and are connected to the central water supply, with high-speed internet being installed in each cottage. Convenient driveways are arranged on the complex territory, with paved access roads.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of the "Green Boulevard" cottage community is closed off from outsiders, is under security and video surveillance. Here, green areas and places for children's playgrounds are arranged.

The management company with emergency services will take on the solution of the main problems of the town's life.

Infrastructure

The cottage town "Green Boulevard" is located near a forest park area in the village of Bilohorodka, Bucha district. The advantage of the location is the presence of two exits towards Kyiv: to the Zhytomyrska highway and the P04 Kyiv - Fastiv highway, which allows residents to have access to the capital's infrastructure. By car, the nearest metro station "Zhytomyrska" is 13 minutes away, and the Great Ring Road is 12 minutes away. If public transport is needed, suburban buses No. 748 and No. 749 run from Bilohorodka to the metro stations "Sviatoshyn" and "Nyvky".
