"Zoloche Provence Cottage Town" is a new neighborhood with 32 two-story cottages with private plots. The town is located in the closed-type settlement "Zoloche", on the bank of the Dnipro bay. Despite its distance from the city, the surrounding infrastructure includes everything necessary: private kindergartens and schools, shops, restaurants, SPA, sports complex, beauty salon, yacht club, children's camp, and other facilities.

Infrastructure

Residents of the "Zoloche Provence Cottage Town" won't have to travel to the capital or neighboring towns for groceries - the settlement "Zoloche" has a grocery store "Khamom" and a supermarket. Fresh bread, olive oil, semi-finished products, and Italian cheeses can also be purchased at the Zafferano Italian cuisine restaurant store in the Riviera Zoloche cottage town, which can be reached by yacht or a 12-minute drive. For those who prefer professional cuisine, the restaurant offers comprehensive breakfasts and a large grill menu.
