LCD Kub29 In Kiiv

Kub29 is a unique project with non-standard cubic architecture that will adorn the Dnipro district of Kyiv. Thanks to the unique step of balconies from each apartment regardless of the floor, there is a panorama of the Right Bank, the Dnipro embankment, the Dnipro River, and the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. The project includes apartments of various sizes and layouts, and the four upper floors feature two-level apartments with spacious terraces for outdoor relaxation.

Within walking distance of the new building are stops for several city buses and minibuses, as well as the urban electric train station "Levyi Bereh." The nearest metro station "Vydubychi" is a 5-minute drive over the Darnytskyi Bridge.

Adjacent to the new building are kindergartens, schools, sports halls, cafes, restaurants, and shops of various orientations. The nearest grocery supermarket "Velmart" is a 3-minute walk away, and 10 minutes further is the supermarket "Silpo." Several large chain stores are within a 4-6 minute drive from the building: two Novus supermarkets, "Silpo," and "Fora." In the same 4 minutes, you can reach the "Berezniaky" market.
