LCD Kub29 In Kiiv

Kub29 is a unique project with non-standard cubic architecture that will become a decoration of the Dnipro district of Kyiv. Thanks to the unique step of balconies from each apartment regardless of the floor, a panorama of the Right Bank, Dnipro embankment, Dnipro River, and Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra opens up. The project includes apartments of different sizes and layouts, and on the four upper floors, there are two-level apartments with spacious terraces for outdoor relaxation.

The inner courtyard is closed to cars. Residents of the complex will be able to use an underground parking lot for 99 parking spaces, and parking spaces for temporary parking and unloading of cars are provided near the building. You can reach the parking lot from any floor by an elevator with personalized access.

Infrastructure

Kub29 is being built near the Dnipro embankment, Darnytskyi Bridge, city electric train line, and the intersection of Yuriia Shumskoho and Berezniakivska streets, promising excellent communication with the Right Bank and other left-bank districts of the city. Within walking distance from the new building are stops of several city buses and minibuses, as well as the city electric train station "Livyi Bereh". The nearest metro station "Vydubychi" is a 5-minute drive across the Darnytskyi Bridge.

Near the new building, there are kindergartens, schools, sports facilities, cafes, restaurants, and shops of various orientations. The nearest grocery supermarket "Velmart" is a 3-minute walk, and 10 minutes further is the supermarket "Silpo". Several more large chain stores are within a 4-6 minute drive from the building: two Novus supermarkets, "Silpo", and "Fora". In the same 4 minutes, you can reach the "Berezhnyaky" market. 5 minutes by car from Kub29 is the largest shopping mall on the left bank, River Mall, with a gallery of stores of famous brands and a food court overlooking the river.

Families with children will appreciate the presence of a variety of educational institutions for different age groups in the area of the new building. For the little ones within a 15-minute walk from Kub29, there are several kindergartens: 4 minutes to NVK No. 209, 7 minutes to kindergartens No. 525 and "Planet of Childhood", 9 minutes to kindergarten No. 515, and 15 minutes to kindergarten "YAMB".
