LCD Kub29 In Kiiv

Kub29 is a unique project with unconventional cubic architecture that will become a highlight of the Dnipro district of Kyiv. Thanks to the unique step of balconies from each apartment regardless of the floor, there is a panorama of the Right Bank, the Dnipro embankment, the Dnipro River, and the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. The project includes apartments of different sizes and layouts, and the top four floors feature two-level apartments with spacious terraces for relaxation in the fresh air.

The inner courtyard is closed to cars. Residents of the complex will be able to use an underground parking lot with 99 parking spaces, and places for temporary parking and unloading of cars are provided near the building. Kub29 is being built near the Dnipro embankment, the Darnytskyi Bridge, the city electric train line, and the intersection of Yuriya Shumskoho and Bereznyakivska streets, which promises excellent communication with the Right Bank and other left-bank districts of the city. Within walking distance from the new building are stops for several city buses and minibusses, as well as the city electric train station "Levyi Bereh". The nearest metro station "Vydubychi" is a 5-minute drive across the Darnytskyi Bridge.

Located near the new building are kindergartens, schools, sports halls, cafes, restaurants, and stores of various orientations. The nearest grocery store "Velmart" is a 3-minute walk, and 10 minutes further is the supermarket "Silpo". Several more stores of large retail chains are within a 4-6 minute drive from the building: two Novus supermarkets, "Silpo", and "Fora". In the same 4 minutes, you can reach the "Bereznyaky" market. Within a 5-minute drive from Kub29 is the largest shopping and entertainment center on the left bank, River Mall, with a gallery of stores of famous brands and a food court overlooking the river.

Families with children will appreciate the presence in the area of a number of educational institutions for various age groups near the new building. Within a 15-minute walk from Kub29 are several kindergartens: NVK No. 209 - 4 minutes, kindergartens No. 525 and "Planet of Childhood" - 7 minutes, kindergarten No. 515 - 9 minutes, kindergarten "YAMB" - 15 minutes.
