LCD KYIVPROEKT City Space In Kiiv

KYIVPROEKT City Space is a reconstruction of the former design institute "Kyivproekt" into a modern multifunctional space with residential, commercial, social, and educational components. The project aims to create a new ecosystem in the center of Kyiv where architecture, design, art, and technology will harmoniously complement each other.

The architectural idea is based on Bauhaus principles, which are closely related to Kyiv modernism - functionalism (the form of buildings is determined by their main functions), a symbiosis of architecture and art, geometric form integrity, and harmony between commercial and social spaces.

The commercial and social parts of the complex are represented by an 8-story section housing eight functional zones. The residential part is a 24-story section with 272 apartments. The windows offer beautiful views of the city, public areas are filled with greenery year-round, and the building itself incorporates modern technologies for a comfortable living experience.

Infrastructure

KYIVPROEKT City Space is located two minutes' walk from the "Teatralna" metro station. The urban infrastructure in the vicinity includes boutiques, restaurants, medical clinics, entertainment venues, private, and state educational institutions.

As the complex is a full-fledged space with everything necessary for life, the internal infrastructure will significantly complement the existing one and allow future residents to feel autonomous and independent. According to the project, the eight-story section will house 8 labs.

Fashion Lab includes showrooms of Ukrainian brands, boutiques of international brands previously not available in Ukraine, accessory boutiques, cosmetics, perfumery, and jewelry.

Healthy Lab comprises beauty industry establishments, a spa center, flagship fitness center, sports apparel stores, footwear, and sports nutrition.

Smart Lab will consist of flagship stores of gadgets and household appliances, showrooms of Ukrainian technological brands, and VR-space.

Education Lab is a space for lectures, conferences, presentations, public discussions, an educational platform, and coworking spaces.

Kids Lab will combine a children's educational platform, a robotics school, a children's architectural school, an entertainment center with photo zones, VR, gaming simulators, consoles, flagship toy stores, and children's clothing stores.

Media Lab includes space for press conferences, video and sound recording studios, a TV studio, a mini-cinema, and an exhibition hall.

Kitchen Lab features a flagship supermarket, delicatessen stores, a food court, and a panoramic restaurant.
