LCD KYIVPROEKT City Space In Kiiv

KYIVPROEKT City Space is the reconstruction of the former design institute "Kyivproekt" into a modern multifunctional space with residential, commercial, social, and educational components. The project aims to create a new ecosystem in the center of Kyiv where architecture, design, art, and technology will harmoniously complement each other.

The architectural idea is based on Bauhaus principles, which are closely related to Kyiv modernism - functionalism (the form of buildings is determined by their main functions), the symbiosis of architecture and art, the integrity of geometric forms, and harmony between commercial and social spaces.

The commercial and social parts of the complex are represented by an 8-story section with eight functional zones. The residential part is a 24-story section with 272 apartments. The windows of the apartments offer beautiful views of the city, public areas are filled with greenery all year round, and the building itself incorporates modern technologies for comfortable living.

Infrastructure

KYIVPROEKT City Space is located two minutes walk from the "Teatralna" metro station. The urban infrastructure in the area includes boutiques, restaurants, medical clinics, entertainment venues, private and state educational institutions.

Since the complex is a complete space with everything necessary for life, the internal infrastructure will significantly complement the existing one and allow future residents to feel autonomy and independence. According to the project, there will be 8 labs in the eight-story section.

Fashion Lab includes showrooms of Ukrainian brands, boutiques of international brands not previously presented in Ukraine, accessory boutiques, cosmetics, perfumes, and jewelry.

Healthy Lab includes beauty industry establishments, an SPA center, a flagship fitness center, sports clothing stores, footwear, and sports nutrition.

Smart Lab will consist of flagship gadget and household appliance stores, showrooms of Ukrainian technological brands, and VR-space.

Education Lab is a space for lectures, conferences, presentations, public discussions, an educational platform, and coworking.

Kids Lab will combine a children's educational platform, a robotics school, a children's architecture school, an entertainment center with photo zones, VR, gaming simulators, consoles, a flagship toy store, and children's clothing stores.

Media Lab includes a space for press conferences, video and sound recording studios, a television studio, a mini-cinema, and an exhibition hall.

Kitchen Lab includes a flagship supermarket, delicatessen stores, a food court, and a panoramic restaurant.
