The Gatne Country Club townhouse complex consists of just six cozy private residences located in the nearest suburb of Kyiv, in the village of Gatne. The town is designed to meet all the needs for comfortable living: stylish houses made of environmentally friendly high-quality materials, private courtyards for relaxation, ergonomic layouts, and of course security guaranteed by a closed territory.

The townhouse layouts provide for a clear zoning into common and private areas: on the first floor, there is a common area of a large kitchen-living room with an additional exit to the backyard. For families with children, within a 15-minute walk from the complex, there are several private kindergartens (Happy Rony, "Soniakh," CLOUD, etc.), and municipal kindergartens can be reached by car in 6-7 minutes.
