About the project

IHOUSE Village is an exclusive comfort-class townhouse village located in a cozy part of Kyiv. Among private buildings, yet close to all urban amenities.

The village consists of twelve stylish townhouses grouped in two lines. The project's architecture is a blend of minimalism and Scandinavian style, giving the houses a restrained and elegant look. Light facades contrast with steep dark roofs. Graphite vertical elements of the facade decoration and slim panoramic windows in dark frames emphasize the elegance of the buildings. The facade lighting adds a special charm to the village at night.

IHOUSE Village townhouses are located in the Zhytomyrska microdistrict, on Kooperatyvna Street. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the central part of Kyiv from here, and about 35-40 minutes by public transport. The nearest metro station can be reached in 20 minutes by bus #75, which stops 800 m away (10 minutes on foot) from the complex. At this stop, you can also take buses #56, 57, 75, 78, 374, 718, 732, 777, 812, 904 and marshrutkas #461, 496, 499, which operate not only in Kyiv but also in the suburbs.

Near IHOUSE Village townhouses, there are all necessary infrastructure facilities for a comfortable life: supermarkets, shopping malls, educational institutions, sports clubs, cafes, restaurants, and much more.

Within a 10-minute walk are "ATB-Market" and "Fora" supermarkets. A 15-minute drive by car will take you to the "Metro" hypermarket with a wide selection of fresh pastries, confectionery, meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. Also nearby IHOUSE Village is a large shopping mall "Respublika Park", just a 5-minute drive away. Within a 5-minute drive from IHOUSE Village are furniture centers and building supermarkets: "Epicenter", "Araks", "Agromat", "IKEA", and many others.
