LCD Aria Residential Complex In Kiiv

The residential complex Aria is the flagship project of the Geos company. The project architects aimed to create a recognizable composition in line with modern architectural trends - using concrete, metal, and glass. Thanks to the smooth forms of the facades, variable number of floors, and placement, the external appearance of the building will change from different viewing points.

Aria will be the first residential complex in Ukraine to apply for a BREEAM certificate - meaning it will meet the requirements for building environmental efficiency. The main goal of the standards is construction that does not harm the environment, concerning the site, process, and further operation, as well as the materials used.

Infrastructure

The complex is located on the first line of the Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard, which will be the main transport artery connecting future residents with the capital.

The location of the residential complex Aria in the Pechersk district guarantees a developed infrastructure: nearby there are shopping centers, stores, educational institutions, medical clinics, restaurants, cafes, and tea houses.

Future residents will be able to buy groceries at the Novus supermarket right across the road, taking an 8-minute walk to "Silpo" or a 15-minute walk to "Furshet". It is also a 15-minute walk to the Ocean Plaza shopping mall with its boutiques, shops, restaurants, cinema, and the largest public aquarium in Europe.

There are enough kindergartens and preschools in the area: a minute's walk to the "Malyatko" kindergarten, 5 minutes' walk to kindergarten No. 325, 15 minutes' walk to kindergarten No. 450, 10 minutes by car to private kindergartens "Montessori na Lypkah" and "Academy of Happiness". Children can go to first grade or continue their education in nearby schools - specialized school "Intelect", school No. 181, No. 130, or the British international school. For further education, the Pechersk district also offers a wide selection of public and private higher educational institutions.
