LCD Aria Residential Complex In Kiiv

The residential complex Aria is the flagship project of the Geos company. The project architects aimed to create a recognizable composition in accordance with modern architectural trends - using concrete, metal, and glass. Thanks to the smooth forms of the facades, variable number of floors, and location, the external appearance of the building will change from different viewing points.

Aria will be the first residential complex in Ukraine to apply for a BREEAM certificate - meaning it will meet the requirements of the building's ecological efficiency. The main goal of the standards is construction that does not harm the environment, concerning the site, process, and further operation, as well as the materials used.

Infrastructure

The complex is located on the first line of the Druzhby narodiv boulevard, which will be the main transport artery connecting future residents to the capital.

The location of the Aria residential complex in the Pechersk district guarantees a developed infrastructure: nearby there are shopping centers, shops, educational institutions, medical clinics, restaurants, cafes, and tea houses.

Future residents can buy groceries at the Novus supermarket right across the road, walk 8 minutes to "Silpo" or 15 minutes to "Furshet".
