"Charivne Misto" residential complex is a mini-town between the forest and the park. The courtyards in a "P" shape will be closed off from cars and inside will feature children's play areas, sports equipment, green alleys for walks, and relaxation areas.
Infrastructure
To save time and provide convenience for residents, a shopping center will be built in the "Charivne Misto" complex. It will take 5-10 minutes by car to reach supermarkets of large retail chains such as "Silpo", "Varus", "Fora", "Furshet", and "ATB". It will also take 10 minutes to reach the "Metro" hypermarket, the "Vyrlytsia" or "Darnytsky" markets for groceries.
The complex will have an elementary school and kindergarten on-site. It will take 8-10 minutes by car to reach the nursery school #696 and kindergartens #59, #99, #678. Nearby schools for students include specialized school #113 - 4 minutes by car, Kyiv Construction Lyceum and school #217 - 8 minutes by car, Lyceum "Intellect" and Gymnasium #261 - 9 minutes by car, as well as the specialized school "Triumph".
Access to classic gymnasiums, fitness centers with programs for women, or martial arts schools will take 5-10 minutes by car. Across the road from the new building is a paintball club in the forest.
In addition to the shopping center, commercial spaces will be available on the ground floors of the buildings. The project includes premises for various commercial profiles: offices, shops, beauty salons, restaurants, creative workshops, and private medical offices.
The "Charivne Misto" residential complex is surrounded by greenery: on one side is the forest, on the other side is the park. The Park of Partisan Glory features attractions, bike rentals, children's entertainment, and relaxation areas. Nikolsky Forest is a great place for jogging and cycling: there is a "health trail" for running and several cycling routes through the forest.
