It will take 5-10 minutes by car to reach supermarkets of large retail chains such as "Silpo", "Varus", "Fora", "Furshet", and "ATB". It will also take 10 minutes to reach the "Metro" hypermarket, the "Vyrlytsia" or "Darnytsky" markets for groceries.

The complex will have an elementary school and kindergarten on-site. It will take 8-10 minutes by car to reach the nursery school #696 and kindergartens #59, #99, #678.
