Desna Park Residence is a low-rise residential village surrounded by its own park and a network of water channels, offering an alternative to "asphalt apartments." Inspired by the natural landscape of the area, the authors aimed to create an authentic European-style village that rivals real Alpine villages. The nine four-story buildings with mansard roofs not only harmoniously blend into the surrounding landscapes but also accentuate their beauty.

The development of the internal territory of the village includes recreational and sports areas, walking alleys, safe playgrounds with various play equipment, and a specially equipped BBQ area for relaxing with family. The village will also feature a promenade for leisurely walks, cycling paths, a ropes course, a pool, fishing spots, and locations for green tourism. Adjacent to the complex is a 5-hectare park, with the Desna River flowing nearby.

Infrastructure

Desna Park Residence residential complex is being built in the village of Zazymia, a 20-minute drive from Troyeshchyna and the nearest station on the Kiev metro line "Lisova" along the T1008 highway.
