Description

"Dnipro Island" is a modern residential complex from "Creator-Bud" company, located in Osokorky, near the Dnipro River. The project consists of four low-rise comfort-class buildings on a landscaped area of ​​4.5 hectares. Each building features its own architecture, creating a unique living experience amidst a living, organic space.

The construction is carried out using monolithic-frame technology, with external walls of 250 mm ceramic blocks, interroom and interroom walls made of ceramic blocks. Comprehensive insulation with mineral wool and autonomous heating reduce energy costs. For efficient energy saving, windows with a five-chamber profile are used.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of the "Dnipro Island" residential complex will be closed to outsiders and car traffic. In the inner courtyard, there will be a park with a dry lake, recreational areas, sports and children's playgrounds. On the ground floors, there will be cafes, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a sports club, and other commercial premises.
