Greenville is a combination of residential space with a park area in the center of the metropolis. To avoid monotonous development in the center of Kyiv, architects have applied variations in heights and different number of floors in the complex sections. The design will use a contrast of decorative materials to prevent the facades from merging into a single canvas.

The ground floor area will be commercial zone, where shops, supermarket, beauty salons, bank branches, and useful services for residents will be opened. The rooftop of the ground floor will be a place for walks along alleys with landscape design.

Infrastructure

Greenville is being built in the Pechersk district - one of the business and cultural parts of Kyiv. Office buildings, higher educational institutions, museums, and galleries are located near the complex.

Approximately 13-15 minutes walk from Greenville, there are 7 supermarkets: 3 "Silpo", 2 "Billa Markets", "Eco Market", and "Furshet", and a 10-minute drive away is Novus. A 7-minute drive will take you to the Ocean Plaza shopping center with shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and a public aquarium, as well as a 13-minute drive to the Gulliver shopping mall.

A kindergarten will be built on the complex's premises for families with young children.
