Greenville is a combination of residential space with a park area in the center of the metropolis. To avoid monotonous development in the center of Kyiv, architects applied variations in height and different number of floors in the complex sections. The design will feature a contrast of decorative materials to prevent the facades from merging into a single canvas.

The ground floor part will be a commercial area, where shops, supermarkets, beauty salons, bank branches, and useful services for residents will be opened. The roof of the ground floor will be a place for walks along alleys with landscape design.

Infrastructure

Greenville is being built in the Pechersk district - one of the business and cultural parts of Kyiv. Office buildings, higher educational institutions, museums, and galleries are located near the complex.

Approximately 13-15 minutes walk from Greenville, there are 7 supermarkets: 3 "Silpo", 2 "Billa Markets", "Eco Market" and "Furshet", and a 10-minute drive away is Novus. A 7-minute drive will take you to the Ocean Plaza shopping center with shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and a public aquarium, as well as a 13-minute drive to Gulliver Shopping Center.

A kindergarten will be built on the complex's territory for families with young children.
