Description

"Hvoya" is a modern residential complex from ZIM Group, consisting of a four-story comfort-class building located in Pusha-Voditsa. It is a recreational area with a park and a lake around the project, with many schools and kindergartens nearby. Everything here is suitable for a happy life in your own apartment surrounded by nature.

The building is constructed using monolithic-frame technology, with external and interroom walls made of ceramic blocks, and the facade insulated with mineral wool. Windows with a five-chamber profile are used for effective energy saving. The building has autonomous heating, so the apartments are warm and comfortable throughout the year.

Each section has one premium quality "Schindler" high-speed elevator. An underground parking is built for car owners to save time on finding parking spaces and to ensure the safety of their vehicles. This is also done for the safety of residents, especially children, as the concept of a "car-free courtyard" is implemented on the premises. The parking can also be used as a bomb shelter if necessary.

The territory of the "Hvoya" residential complex is closed to outsiders. Recreational areas, a children's playground, and a sports zone are being arranged here. 24/7 security and video surveillance help create a safer and more peaceful environment.

Infrastructure

For the comfort of residents, the "Hvoya" residential complex has its own infrastructure: on the ground floor there are a restaurant with a summer terrace and commercial premises, as well as a sports hall for residents and a children's room. The "Hvoya" residential complex is located in the north-western part of Kyiv in the Obolon district on the 6th line in Pusha-Voditsa. It takes half an hour to drive to the center of Kyiv. There is a stop near the building for a unique historical tram line, which has no analogues in Ukraine - it runs through the forest. Trams No. 12 (to Kontraktova Square metro station) and No. 17 (to Obolon metro station) operate here. Pusha-Voditsa is also connected to other parts of Kyiv by bus No. 30 (to Akademmistechko metro station), as well as shuttle buses No. 170 (to Heroiv Dnipra metro station) and No. 226 (to Nyvky metro station).

There are mini-markets, logistics departments, and bank branches nearby. For shopping, you can reach the Lavina Mall shopping center in 10 minutes - besides clothing stores of famous brands, there is a construction hypermarket "Epicenter K", supermarkets "Ashan" and "Silpo", the "Multiplex" cinema with 13 halls, electronics stores, an entertainment area with attractions, and a food court.

There are several educational institutions in the area: Horenska comprehensive school, the international French school, secondary school No. 104 named after Olzhych, nursery-kindergarten No. 52 of compensatory type, kindergarten "Mandarinka", and music school No. 39.

The first sanatoriums appeared in Pusha-Voditsa in the 19th century, and today there are about 30 medical institutions of various directions. For those leading a healthy lifestyle, the military sanatorium has a swimming pool, and the sports and health complex "Pusha-Voditsa" has halls for team games, outdoor courts for tennis, volleyball and football, a sauna, and various children's sections. It will take no more than 5 minutes by car to get to the wellness center "Pusha" with an aquazone, gym equipment, sauna, and massage services.

The "Hvoya" residential complex is a quiet and peaceful place for people who are tired of the city noise, craving more nature and tranquility. In just a few minutes from home, you can recharge. Where exactly - is up to you to choose: Pusha-Voditsa Park, the municipal beach of Lake Horashcha, recreation areas with gazebos, or the wellness center.
