Description

The idea of the residential complex "Krona Park II" is to create a complex of capital comfort and infrastructure in the eco-zone of Brovary. The space zoning concept was applied in the planning of the complex: the territory is divided into a residential area and a public area. The residential area includes buildings, children's playgrounds, and recreation areas with landscape design. The public area includes surface parking, a stadium, a kindergarten, and a school.

The minimalist design of the facades, warm decoration tones, lightweight balcony grilles, and increased glazing area of the complex "Krona Park 2" were developed by the architectural bureau Pashenko.

Infrastructure

The layout of commercial premises in the complex "Krona Park 2" allows for opening a restaurant, office, shop, sports club, bank branch, or other services for the comfort of residents and the improvement of the area's infrastructure.

You can go shopping in one of the supermarkets near the building: 5 minutes to "Silpo" and "Novus", 15 minutes to the "Kyivska Market", RC mini-market, and "Niva" market. Also nearby are the shopping centers "Forum, "Boutique", "Lisa", and the entertainment complex "Terminal" with an ice arena and a cinema.

In addition to the kindergarten on the complex's territory, within walking distance are kindergartens "Fairytale", "Baby" with nurseries, "Teremok" and the preschool center "Chamomile".
