Müller (from German Muller - miller) - a wealthy and rich man who owned or worked at a mill. During the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, the location for a mill was chosen on a hill near the intersection of major roads. People from all over had the opportunity not only to grind flour but also to move relatively freely through the area connecting several settlements.
Designing the residential complex Müller Haus, as housing that will have many undeniable advantages, we first of all imagined a place at the intersection of main roads connecting the very promising suburbs that are rapidly developing - Petropavlivska and Sofiivska Borshchahivka.
This place is located right in the center of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, at the intersection of Soborna, Aviatoriv, and Yaroslava Mudroho streets - three key arteries of the district.
Such a location of the residential complex makes it an ideal place to live in the very center of the suburb: an ecological area where historically there were no industrial plants, a lively village center, convenient transportation connections in three directions: the Great Ring Road, Zhytomyr Highway, and Soborna Street, Sofiivska Borshchahivka.
Within walking distance from the complex: a kindergarten and school, a clinic and pharmacy, a fitness club with a pool, and a supermarket. In 3 minutes walk there are stops for all local taxi routes.
The Müller Haus project offers a unique feature - its own bakery, where residents can enjoy fresh pastries and hot bread every morning.
Developing the idea of a new object, BD Holding company paid attention to people's dream of living in abundance today. So many people dream of seeing the "American dream" in their lives that they forget about modern, European, quality housing that they can buy today.
Spacious layouts, from small apartments for two lovers to large two-story apartments for a big family.
All this is German quality traditions and European living conditions. All this is Müller Haus!
