The residential complex "OXFORD" is a modern residential complex in the ecologically clean suburb of the capital village Chaiki. The project is being implemented by the group of companies "Royal House". Caring for the safety of residents, the project includes the construction of a bomb shelter in accordance with the state norms of Ukraine, and the courtyards of the "OXFORD" residential complex will have their own enclosed area. According to the master plan, the territory is provided with about 2500 parking spaces in the surface parking lot.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "OXFORD" is located in the picturesque part of the village Chaiki in the ecologically favorable part of the Buc hansky district of the Kyiv region. The convenient location in a quiet suburb makes it an ideal place for comfortable living, as "OXFORD" is located just a few kilometers from the capital and 10 minutes from the metro station "Akademmistechko". In addition, there are exits to the Zhytomyr highway, Ring Road, and Beresteyska Avenue. Near the residential complex is the final stop of bus route No. 37 to the metro station "Sviatoshyn", which makes the trip to the city quick and convenient.

Commercial premises with a total area of over 13,500 sq.m will be located on the ground floors of the buildings along the main road, which will be visible to both residents of the complex and those living nearby.

Residents of the "OXFORD" residential complex will have a picturesque 4-hectare park near their home, where they can meet with family or friends for a picnic on a cozy lawn, take a walk on a summer day, or ride bicycles with children. A state general education school for grades I-III is being built on the territory, which the developer will support with an enhanced English language program. For preschoolers, a number of private kindergartens and development clubs are planned to be opened.

The living space in the complex will be divided by functional purpose, but without obstacles such as additional stairs, curbs separating green areas from sidewalks. Elevated curbs will only divide the drivable areas to maximally separate them from pedestrian areas for additional safety and to prioritize pedestrians. Adults and the youngest residents of the living space will be able to spend time safely, as there will be a variety of activities for future residents: children's playgrounds, multifunctional sports grounds, and areas for active and passive recreation.

Residents of the "OXFORD" residential complex can also conveniently use the infrastructure outside the complex. It takes a 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk to the "Fora" supermarket for groceries, a minute longer to the "Kolo" supermarket. Another "Kolo" supermarket and the "NOVUS" supermarket are a 6-minute drive from the "OXFORD" residential complex.
