PARK ROYAL is a modern residential complex with its own recreational park area in the suburb of the capital city of Bucha. The project is being implemented by the "Royal House" group of companies.

The PARK ROYAL residential complex consists of 23 buildings with varying number of floors: from 7 to 16 floors with panoramic glazing, designer lobbies, and modern, well-thought-out amenities. The complex covers an area of ​​25 hectares with its own recreational park zone. The main artery of the city-park is a shopping promenade covering an area of ​​17900m2.
