LCD Residential complex Podol Grad In Kiiv

For each building of the residential complex "Podol Grad," an individual project was developed taking into account the landscape of Podil. In order not to disturb the historical ensemble of the district's buildings, the low-rise buildings are designed in the style of Romanticism and Constructivism of the 19th century. The residential complex forms its bright mini-quarter with wide sidewalks for walks and recreation areas.

Infrastructure

The "Podol Grad" complex is located in the cultural and historical center of Kyiv: nearby are architectural monuments and museums, art galleries and exhibition complexes, parks and walking alleys. Also nearby are bars, pubs, nightclubs, cafes, and restaurants serving dishes from different countries around the world for leisure activities.

You can buy groceries at one of the stores near the complex or go to a supermarket: "Silpo" - 15 minutes away, "Billa" - 12 minutes away, and the "Zhytniy" market - 10 minutes away. The developer plans to build pedestrian stairs to Kyianivskyi Lane, which will allow quicker access to the "Billa" supermarket on Lvivska Square.

You can walk to preschool institutions: to kindergarten No. 16 and No. 120 - 13 minutes, to kindergarten No. 162 and the school-kindergarten "Podillia" - 19 minutes. For older children nearby are the "Mezhigirska" Gymnasium No. 19, Lyceum No. 100 "Podil," Gymnasium No. 107 "Vvedenska," School No. 17, and School specializing in information technology No. 124.
