The complex got its name in honor of the promenade alley, which is planned to be arranged in the courtyard of the complex. "Promenada" is located in the center of Vysneve and 2 kilometers from Kyiv, allowing future residents to use the infrastructure of the central part of the city and the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district of the capital.
