RIVERDALE is a modern residential complex in Demiivka, embodying the concept of a "city within a city" and will have a river on the territory. This is a joint project of the developer Perfect Group in partnership with Altis and Archimatika - a team of practitioners, architects, and engineers.
The main advantage of the conceptual RIVERDALE is the living reservoir. The territory of the residential complex will be crossed by the current of the currently underground Sovka River. During the Soviet period, the river was placed in a collector, but the idea of RIVERDALE is to revive it and bring it to the surface. Since the collector on the project site is partially or completely destroyed, hydrologists decided to create a hydraulic structure consisting of a cascade of reservoirs. This will restore the ecosystem and bring Sovka to the surface. Residential buildings will be located on elevated autonomous courtyards, and the descent to the water will be in the form of amphitheaters.
The architecture of RIVERDALE has varying heights - from 6 to 25 floors. Compositionally, the buildings are located in such a way as to improve the entry of sunlight into the apartments and increase the number of rooms with a view of the river.
Infrastructure
The relevance of the external infrastructure is crucial. However, progressive residents of RIVERDALE will be provided with everything they need, even limiting themselves to the complex. For this, the territory is divided into separate functional zones, where in addition to residential buildings there will be: office centers, supermarkets, kindergartens, fitness centers, restaurants, and shops for any needs. Architectural solutions of various purposes are planned in such a way as to form a holistic conceptual image of the complex and at the same time provide a comfortable environment for any leisure activities.
The road to the Demiivska metro station will take 10 minutes on foot. Nearby, buses No. 5, No. 12, No. 19, No. 20, No. 27, and No. 119, trolleybuses No. 1, No. 12, No. 42, shuttle buses No. 205, No. 211, No. 239, and No. 539 pass by.
Just steps away from the building is the Ocean Plaza shopping center with the hypermarket "Ashan," brand shops, a cinema, a children's entertainment center, restaurants, and cafes. You can also go shopping at supermarkets "ATB," "Silpo," and "Fora" near the complex.
Next to RIVERDALE is the MAUP football arena - a modern space for sports competitions and training. On the territory of the Roshen factory, an open-air ice rink is organized in the cold season, and fans of indoor workouts can visit the ERIX, Fitness Rehab, and All Stars boxing clubs within walking distance of the new building.
The educational infrastructure of the neighborhood is represented by the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, the Institute of Design, Architecture, and Journalism, the Institute of Law, the Economic-Legal College at MAUP, the MAUP Lyceum, Secondary School No. 319 named after Valeriy Lobanovskyi, Specialized School No. 110, and School No. 85. There are also numerous kindergartens in the district, both private and state-owned.
