LCD SALUT! In Kiiv

The residential complex Salut is notable for its architecture - the complex consists of two towers, one of which has a cascading structure. The standalone tower will have rounded corners, adding diversity to the layout. The second tower with a cascading structure forms a triangle, inside of which there will be a courtyard. The height differences are smooth, with a sloping roof. The roof will be open, creating additional picturesque areas for residents and their guests to relax.

The infrastructure in the area of the new Salut building is well-developed, so there are shops, showrooms, office centers, bank branches, hospitals, and pharmacies nearby. In 10 minutes by car, you can reach the Izyumsky and Demiivsky markets.

If a kindergarten is needed within walking distance - 8 minutes to kindergarten No. 325, 10 minutes to kindergartens No. 450 and "Dity Dar", 15 minutes to the "Malyatko" school-kindergarten and preschool educational institution No. 720. For older children, there are schools in the Pechersk district: school No. 80, school No. 47, school No. 181, No. 133 and No. 88. For additional activities, there are dance schools, Natalia Mohylevska's talent school, and children's development schools nearby.

You can practice yoga in the inner courtyard of the complex, and go for training with a coach across the street at the sports clubs "Your Trainer", Kiev Sport Club, FitCurves, or Sport Plaza.
