Scandia Residential Complex is a Scandinavian-style town located on 80 hectares of ecologically clean forest-park area near Kyiv. Scandinavian simplicity and rationality are reflected in the architecture of the complex: restrained decoration tones are used, and the total number of floors does not exceed 8, creating the effect of presence in a European city. The distinctive feature of the complex apartments is natural lighting thanks to high ceilings and panoramic windows throughout the height of the floor.

The choice of location for construction also slightly resembles the Scandinavian landscape: sharp roofs are a reference to the peaks of the fjords. Nearby is a large forest massif and a small lake. The green zone of the forest will be continued by the park area of the complex with landscape design, picnic areas, and places for active recreation.

Infrastructure

Scandia will apply the concept of a "city within a city", which implies a full infrastructure on the complex territory. To avoid driving anywhere, there will be open restaurants, cafes, bank branches, pharmacies, shops, beauty salons, a clinic, an art gallery, and a shopping and entertainment center.

Families with young children will find it comfortable to send their child to one of the 5 kindergartens on the Scandia territory. Children grow up quickly, and this is taken into account in the project: after kindergarten, education can be continued in one of the two schools in the complex. There will be play areas for children of different ages in every courtyard. Bringing a stroller to the building is also not a problem, as ramps are installed, and there is a room on each floor for storing strollers, skates, rollerblades, scooters, and bicycles.

You can engage in outdoor sports on the sports ground or visit the fitness center on the territory. To recover after training or just relax, there is a spa center. The location in the forest area is ideal for jogging and cycling, and a glade near the building is suitable for yoga and stretching exercises.

In the warm season, you can relax by the lake, where a beach area will be built. Barbecue areas will be arranged in the shade of trees for picnics with family and friends. Competitions between quarters, fairs, and joint celebrations will also be held on a special concert platform.

Within 10 minutes along Brovarsky Avenue, you can reach the nearest metro station on the red line or within 20 minutes by car to the center of Kyiv. There are also public transport stops on the avenue, and over time, shuttle buses will run directly to the metro station from the complex.
