The residential complex Scandia is a town in Scandinavian style, located on 80 hectares of ecologically clean forest park zone near Kyiv. Scandinavian simplicity and rationality are reflected in the architecture of the complex: restrained decoration tones are used, and the total number of floors does not exceed 8, creating the effect of presence in a European city. A distinctive feature of the complex apartments is natural lighting thanks to high ceilings and panoramic windows throughout the height of the floor.

In choosing a location for construction, there is a bit of Scandinavian landscape: sharp roofs are a reference to the peaks of fjords. Nearby is a large forest massif, as well as a small lake. Bringing a stroller to the building is also not a problem, as ramps are installed, and for storing strollers, skates, rollerblades, scooters, and bicycles, there is a storage room on each floor.

Outdoor sports can be done on the sports ground or by visiting the fitness center on the territory. To recover after workouts or just relax, there is a spa center. The location in the forest area is perfect for jogging and cycling, and for yoga and stretching, a clearing near the building is suitable.

In the warm season, you can relax by the lake, where a beach area will be built. Barbecue areas will be equipped in the shade of trees for picnics with family and friends. It is also planned to organize competitions between blocks, fairs, and joint celebrations on a special concert ground.

Within 10 minutes on Brovarsky Avenue, you can reach the nearest metro station of the red line or in 20 minutes by car to the center of Kyiv. There are also public transport stops on the avenue, and over time, shuttle buses will go directly to the metro station from the complex.
