Description

"Smart Town" residential complex is a modern residential complex located in the city of Boryspil, Kyiv region. The project is being implemented by the company "BudLis-M". The complex consists of a single 4-storey building, where the first floor is commercial premises, and the other three floors are designed for 24 apartments. These are compact smart apartments with convenient layouts for your comfort.

The building is constructed using monolithic-frame technology, which is one of the most popular in the world, as such buildings are characterized by strength and durability. The walls are insulated with polystyrene foam boards. The facade is decorated with decorative plaster. Panoramic windows provide access for maximum natural lighting, and the presence of individual heating systems in each apartment allows residents to enjoy a comfortable microclimate inside the premises in any weather.

The project includes a courtyard closed off from cars and outsiders, and the surrounding area will be landscaped and equipped with recreational areas. For the convenience of residents, there will be an open parking lot for 24 cars near the building.
