The sections of the residential complex Stanford are located around the perimeter of the site and form a closed courtyard space. Sections of different floors improve insulation and help avoid the well effect in the inner courtyard. The style of the complex is executed with references to American architecture of the mid-20th century: massive forms, simple lines of facades, restraint in decorative elements.
