The sections of the residential complex Stanford are located around the perimeter of the site and create a closed courtyard space. The sections of different floors improve insulation and help avoid the well effect in the inner courtyard. There will be no cars in the courtyard area, only landscape design, recreation areas, and children's play areas.
The style of the complex is done with references to American architecture of the mid-20th century: massive forms, simple lines of facades, restraint in decorative elements. The walls of the Stanford residential complex are covered with a ventilated facade system with granite plates. Ventilated facades help protect the walls from overheating in summer and retain heat in winter.

A 15-minute walk or 4 minutes by car will take you to Ocean Plaza, with a supermarket "Auchan", shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and a public aquarium.
