The sections of the Stanford residential complex are located around the perimeter of the plot and form a closed courtyard space. Sections of different floors improve insulation and help avoid the well effect in the inner courtyard. There will be no cars on the premises, only landscape design, places for relaxation, and children's play areas.
The style of the complex is done with references to American architecture of the mid-20th century: massive forms, simple lines of facades, restraint in decorative elements. The walls of the Stanford residential complex are covered with a ventilated facade system with granite ceramic plates. Ventilated facades help protect the walls from overheating in summer and retain heat in winter.

Located in Pechersk guarantees a developed infrastructure not only for business activities but also for recreation. Also nearby are business centers, cinemas and theaters, exhibition complexes and galleries, boutiques and showrooms, cafes and restaurants with cuisine from different countries. Fresh fruits, vegetables, farm products, meat and fish, spices and dried fruits can be bought at Volodymyrsky market, which is a 5-minute walk away. Also nearby the Stanford residential complex are supermarkets "Bzilka Market" and "Eco Market", and a 15-minute walk to "Silpo" and "Furshet". A 15-minute walk or 4 minutes by car and you are at Ocean Plaza, with the "Ashan" supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and a public aquarium.
Within walking distance are Fitness studio, Aurum Fitness Clinic, Fitness by Grek, Khalom fitness studio, and a little further Hiitworks Pechersk.
