The residential complex "Varshavsky-2" is a full-fledged quarter with 13 multi-storey buildings. By its concept, the project is similar to the neighboring complex with the same name - internal courtyards with playgrounds, sports grounds, and recreation areas are closed off from outsiders and cars, cafes, pharmacies, and shops are planned to be opened on the ground floors of the buildings, and bike paths and dog walking areas will be along the public streets.
