"Zarichny" residential complex is the first line of the Dnipro riverbank, guaranteeing panoramic views of the right bank, the city center, and the lights of the endless movement along the Southern Bridge. Each new phase complements the architectural ensemble of the complex, which upon completion of construction may become a landmark of the left bank of Kyiv.

The main architectural feature of "Zarichny" will be two glass 30-story towers with broken lines of facades. According to the project, the waterfront area will be transformed into a promenade with a beach, places for recreation, and walks along the Dnipro river.

The transport interchange is provided by Mykoly Bazhana avenue on the surface and underground - you can walk to the public transport stop and metro station. The development concept of the "Zarichny" complex includes the opening of shops, cafes, bank branches, office spaces on the complex territory. Closer to the completion of the project, they plan to open a kindergarten and a fitness center. Also, commercial premises will be located on the first floors of neighboring complexes.

You can already buy groceries nearby at the Novus supermarket, on the first floors of the first phase, or by traveling one metro stop to Varus and "Silpo." A 7-minute drive away is the Metro Cash & Carry hypermarket and the "Epicenter" building hypermarket.

It will take 5-10 minutes to drive to the kindergartens of the area or two metro stops. For schoolchildren, it is an 8-10 minute drive to schools No. 314, No. 309, No. 329, and the Kyiv Engineering Gymnasium.

You can go for training at the sports complex on the territory or drive 5-10 minutes to fitness clubs such as Sport Life, Bulldog Gym, Dog Grand CrossFit, Fitness 24, "Athletico" or "Coliseum."
