Faine is a closed-type suburban cottage town being built in a picturesque location - the recreational zone of Vasylkivskyi district unofficially known as Vasylkivskyi Carpathians. The town is built with one- and two-story cottages, as well as two- and three-story townhouses with open terraces and private adjacent plots.

All objects, including infrastructure, are designed in a minimalist architectural style: with panoramic glazing and bright facades decorated with natural wood. Next to the building is a two-car canopy done in the same style as the main building.

Infrastructure

Faine cottage town will have its own infrastructure: an eco-products store, a family cafe, a SPA center with a pool and sauna, a kindergarten, and a children's playground. For sports activities, there will be a fitness center, volleyball and basketball courts, a mini-football field, a climbing wall, a skateboarding area, and a workout zone. The project includes wide streets, parking lots, pedestrian walkways and bike paths, as well as three parks with a total area of over 6000 square meters with equipped recreational areas.

A large supermarket is located 20 minutes away by car from the Greenery cottage town in Vasylkiv. You can also buy groceries on your way back from Kyiv on the Odeska highway at "ATB-Market", "MegaMarket", or at the market in Hatne. 30 minutes away by car, in the village of Khodosiivka, there is the "Manufactura" outlet center with over 100 clothing and footwear stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, a bowling alley, a "MegaMarket", an art gallery, a children's playground, and the "Children's Room" development center. Also on the territory of the outlet town, there is the "Deltaplan" fitness center with a gym, pool, SPA salon, massage room, Roman steam room, and jacuzzi.
