Fayne is a closed-type suburban cottage town located in a picturesque area known as the Vasilkiv Carpathians, in the recreational zone of Vasilkiv district. The town consists of one- and two-story cottages, as well as two- and three-story townhouses with open terraces and private areas.

All objects, including infrastructure, are designed in a minimalist architectural style: with panoramic glazing and light facades decorated with natural wood. Next to the buildings, there is a carport for two vehicles, designed in the same style as the main building.

Infrastructure

The Fayne cottage town will have its own infrastructure, including an eco-products store, a family cafe, an SPA center with a pool and sauna, a kindergarten, and a children's playground. For sports activities, there will be a fitness center, volleyball and basketball courts, a mini-football field, a climbing wall, a skateboarding area, and a workout zone. The project includes wide streets, parking lots, pedestrian walkways, bike paths, and three parks totaling over 6000 square meters with recreational areas.

A large supermarket in Vasilkiv is a 20-minute drive from the Greenery cottage town. It is also possible to buy groceries on the way back from Kyiv on the Odessa highway at "ATB-Market," "MegaMarket," or at the market in Gatne. A 30-minute drive away, in the village of Khodosiivka, there is the "Manufaktura" outlet center with over 100 clothing and footwear stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, bowling, "Megamarket," an art gallery, a children's playground, and the "Children's Svіtlytsya" development center. The outlet town also houses the "Deltaplan" fitness center with a gym, pool, SPA salon, massage room, Roman steam room, and jacuzzi.

Medical services, including consultations, surgical and rehabilitation care, and diagnostics, are available at the "Clinic Manufaktura" medical center.
