KM Gran Montaña is a stylish and modern cottage village located near Kyiv, in the village of Hora in the Boryspil district. The project concept is to create a place that is ideal for family life: safe, comfortable, ecological, and beautiful.

KM Gran Montaña is located on the outskirts of the village of Hora, which has convenient transportation connections to Kyiv. By car, you can reach the capital (Boryspil metro station) in 20 minutes, and by minibus, the travel time will be only 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is approximately 800 m from the village (10 minutes walk) - you can take minibuses No. 941 and 344, which will take you directly to the Boryspil metro stations "Boryspilska," "Vyrlytsia," and "Kharkivska."

The village of Hora has everything necessary for a comfortable life.
