The name of the Green Lake cottage village is associated with its location - the houses are located right in the middle of a pine forest and near a cascade of lakes. This area is commonly referred to as the Ukrainian Switzerland due to its picturesque nature and good ecology.

The architecture and style of the houses were designed to naturally blend the village into the landscape and be in harmony with it, while also being functional and practical. The main feature of each cottage is the living room with a second light - the ceiling height in it reaches 5 m, imitating a chalet. Also, in the village of Bobrytsia, a 12-minute drive from the complex, the All-Ukrainian Federation of Equestrian Tourism operates, where you can not only take horseback rides but also learn horseback riding at a professional level.

On the scenic part of the lake is the hotel-restaurant complex called "Bobrytsia Dacha," which has a large beautiful area with a pool and a restaurant.
