The highlight of the lake cascade near the town is a large blue lake with a white sandy beach almost 1000 meters long. For several years now, educational centers have been operating in the complex - a kindergarten and a primary school. Lessons in nature, quests near the picturesque lake, and research in the forest are a healthy alternative to school institutions in the capital. The town hosts fun children's festivals, celebrates holidays, and organizes sports competitions.

The external infrastructure of the village of Berezivka includes a school, a family medicine clinic, a communication department, a gas station, several shops, cafes, a restaurant, a hotel, and an Orthodox church. Two kilometers away, there is an agricultural machinery trade center.
