The cottage town "HO CLUB" is a suburban project of the developer company "Reality", which is being implemented in the village of Khodosivka, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region. Also from Khodosivka to the "Vydubychi" bus station, you can take suburban buses No. 735 and No. 738.

In Khodosivka, there are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, post office, bank branch, medical clinic, school, kindergarten, and other services. Just a 6-minute drive from "HO CLUB" is the outlet town "Manufactura", which has over 75 boutiques, restaurants, cafes, confectioneries, a children's playground, and an entertainment center.
