LCD KM Kvitka Poloniny In Kievskaya oblaste

"Kvitka Polonyny" is a closed-type cottage town in a pine forest, near several water bodies. Future residents are offered cottages and townhouses of several types with their own land plots, on which the developer has preserved the natural landscape with age-old pine trees to the maximum. Infrastructure

Convenient access to the Odesa highway will allow you to quickly reach the Kyiv Ring Road and the nearest metro station "Teremky". It will take 18 minutes by car, and 50 minutes by public transport.

Not far from the cottage town, there are a primary school and kindergarten, a sports ground, grocery stores, cafes, and a medical center. Residents of "Kvitka Polonyny" also have access to the infrastructure of the capital and neighboring settlements, including the neighboring Khodosivka.

In Khodosivka, there is the "Vodohray" kindergarten - a 6-minute drive, the "Svitlytsia" kindergarten, and the Khodosivska primary school I-III levels - a 10-minute drive.
