LCD KM Leleka In Kievskaya oblaste

"Leleka" is a club town with unique natural conditions and developed infrastructure in the village of Pylypovychi, an hour's drive from the center of Kyiv. The project includes 90 private houses with private land plots ranging from 8 to 25 acres. Two types of houses are offered, ranging from 120 to 180 square meters, created in the concept of Open space.

The town will have a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool, a sports ground, a barbecue area with 40 grills, and a guest parking lot for 50 cars. Residents will also have access to a stocked lake and a natural reservoir with a relaxation area.

Infrastructure

Not far from the club complex "Leleka" passes the Warsaw highway (highway M 07 Kyiv - Kovel - Yagodyn), which is a 5-minute drive to the district center of Borodyanka and 25 minutes to the Zhytomyrska metro station. If public transport is needed, minibus No. 1921 departs from the Sviatoshyn metro station towards Pylypovychi. Near the village is the Makiychukove railway platform, where suburban trains stop.

The infrastructure of Pylypovychi is represented by a family medicine clinic, a kindergarten, the suburban club "4 Seasons" with a restaurant and hotel, the Happy Horse Club equestrian center, and the motorists' club. Residents of the club complex "Leleka" can also use the infrastructure of the neighboring district center Borodyanka. In particular, they can buy products at the supermarkets "Fora," "ATB-Market," stores "Skrinya" and "Svіzhe m'aso," located within a 12-13 minute drive.

Families with children can send their little ones to the nearest kindergartens in Borodyanka: to the "Buratino" kindergarten - 5 minutes by car, to the "Kazka" kindergarten - 12 minutes. Parents of schoolchildren can choose one of the schools within a 14-minute drive from home. These are the Borodyanska primary and secondary schools, schools No. 1 and No. 2. For extracurricular activities at the same distance from the residential complex "Leleka" is a music school. For children, a quality and absolutely safe playground is provided on the territory of the complex, suitable for any age.

Residents can engage in sports on a multifunctional sports ground for playing football, volleyball, basketball, and other active games near the house. For training, it's a 12-minute drive to the Bordo Gym and Fizruk sports clubs in Borodyanka. For swimming and outdoor recreation, the complex project includes a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool, and not far from the cottage town is a picturesque lake on the Buchka river, where you can fish and swim.
