Svitlo Development cottage village is 12 cottages and 16 duplexes in the forest zone of Irpin, each of which is built according to an exclusive design. Near each duplex, there is a plot of land ranging from 3.5 to 5 acres, with a cottage - from 5 to 10 acres. Another feature of the houses in the cottage village will be open terraces, where you can create cozy corners for relaxation and family evenings in the fresh air.

For the construction of Svitlo Development, a plot of land with an area of 1.85 hectares was allocated. In total, there are 44 building plots on this territory.
