"VIP-CLUB Estate" is a closed-type cottage town with a unique atmosphere in the suburbs of the capital. The complex will feature clean air, a cozy park, a river, and a lake with picturesque nature. The cottage town "VIP-CLUB Estate" is being built in the village of Ivankovychi, 20 minutes by car from Kyiv. A suburban minibus No. 724 runs between the village and the capital with the final stop near the metro station "Exhibition Center." The presence of three access roads will allow quick access to the city and back, and the proximity to the capital will provide access to all the benefits of urban life outside the noisy metropolis.

There is own infrastructure in Ivankovychi. Within 8 minutes by car from the cottages, there are grocery, wine, and building stores, a confectionery, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a stadium, and a children's playground.

For families with children, at the same distance from the cottages, there are Ivankovychi NVK (school-kindergarten) and a children's art school. If desired, a child can be enrolled in one of the educational institutions in the capital.
