LCD KM OASIS In Kievskaya oblaste

Oasis is a cottage town with 13 one-story buildings of the "Business" and "Business+" class, built using energy-efficient "Passive House" technology, which involves the use of accumulated solar energy as a source of heat.

The cottages with private land plots and individual water terraces are located amidst picturesque landscapes of the village of Velyki Dmytrovychi in the suburbs of Kyiv. In the center of the town is a lake with blue water, each cottage has access to it, on the other side is a forest, promising a pleasant rest by the water and exciting walks under the rustle of trees and the singing of birds.

The town has its own square, a children's playground with safe flooring and interactive play elements, as well as a sports ground for football, basketball, and volleyball on the latest generation artificial turf.

Infrastructure

The Oasis cottage town is being built in Velyki Dmytrovychi, 20 minutes by car from the border of Kyiv on Dnipro Highway. The nearest metro stations "Teremky," "Hippodrome," and "Vyshenky" are 30 minutes away by car. A shuttle bus No. 310 "Obukhiv - Metro Vyshenky" runs through the village, with a stop within walking distance from the town.

Residents of the cottages in Velyki Dmytrovychi have access to the infrastructure of the village, which includes a grocery store, supermarket, hunting and fishing goods store, cafe, kindergarten "Chereshenka," lyceum with primary school and gymnasium.

15 minutes away by car from the Oasis cottage town on Dnipro Highway is the shopping mall "Manufaktura" - the first outlet shopping complex in Ukraine with over 75 clothing and accessories stores, restaurants, cafes, and confectioneries, children's entertainment center "Dacland," development center "Children's Room," and design hotel. Next to the outlet are the fitness club "Deltaplan," beauty salon Ala Delta, bowling club, shooting range, cinema "Butterfly Country," multidisciplinary medical center "Manufaktura Clinic," and hypermarket "MegaMarket." You can also buy groceries at the "Green" market and at the supermarkets "ATB-Market" and "Fora," located 20 minutes away. A trip to the nearest shopping centers in Kyiv will take 5 minutes longer: the shopping mall "Art Mall" with stores, restaurants, hypermarket, and children's entertainment, "Domosfera" with elite stores, luxury car exhibition, and restaurant, "Atmosfera" shopping mall with stores, cinema, bowling club, and karting track.

For outdoor recreation, 20 minutes away by car from the new construction is the beach "Blue Lake," the area "Vyshenky" with nice spots for fishing, and the tourist area "Donkey Farm." You can also work out at the Sport Life Koncha-Zaspa sports club with gym equipment and a pool at the same distance.
