Piemont eco village is a cottage town with 70 two-story houses in the barnhouse style, each with its own land plot and open terraces for outdoor relaxation in the suburbs of the capital. In front of each house, there is a covered parking for two cars. On one side of the cottages, there is a lake with blue water, on the other side, there is a forest, promising a pleasant rest by the water and exciting walks under the rustle of trees and birdsong.

The complex includes a full-fledged infrastructure with a landscaped embankment of a river canal, relaxation areas, private children's and sports playgrounds, a supermarket, and comfortable services.

The Piemont eco village cottage town is being built in Pidhirky, 20 minutes by car from the outskirts of Kyiv on the Dnipro highway and 30 minutes from the nearest subway stations "Teremky," "Ippodrom," and "Vydybichi." If public transport is needed, minibus No. 310 "Obukhiv - Vydybichi metro" runs through the village.

Residents of the cottages have access to the infrastructure of Pidhirky and neighboring settlements, including kindergartens, schools, grocery stores, and other facilities. In addition, there will be a supermarket and kindergarten on the territory of the town. Within a 3-5 minute drive from the town, there are the "Melanchin Sadochok" kindergarten and the Pidhirky general education school.

Within a 10-minute drive from the Piemont eco village cottage town on the Dnipro highway is the "Manufaktura" shopping center - the first outlet shopping complex in Ukraine with over 75 clothing and accessories stores, restaurants, cafes, confectioneries, the "Dakland" children's entertainment center, the "Children's Room" development center, and a design hotel. Next to the outlet are the "Deltaplan" fitness club, Ala Delta beauty salon, bowling club, shooting range, "Butterfly Country" cinema, multi-profile medical center "Manufaktura Clinic," and "MegaMarket" hypermarket. For groceries, you can also visit the "Zelenyi" market and the "ATB-Market" and "Fora" supermarkets, which are 11-13 minutes away. A 5-minute longer drive will take you to the nearest shopping centers: "Art Mall" with shops, restaurants, supermarket, and children's entertainment, "Domosfera" with elite shops, luxury car exhibition, and restaurant, and "Atmosfera" with shops, cinema, bowling club, and karting track.

For outdoor recreation within a 10-minute drive from the new construction is the "Blue Lake" beach, the "Vyshenky" tract with great fishing spots, and the "Donkey Farm" tourist area; within 15 minutes - a horse club and the Queen Country Club spa center.

Many great places for recreation are also provided on the territory of Piemont eco village: relaxation areas with gazebos and loungers on the lake shore, a barbecue area with an open fireplace, a fruit orchard, and a promenade boulevard. For those who prefer to spend time engaging in sports, the project includes a universal sports field and workout grounds. The nearest Olympic Village sports complex for training is 10 minutes away.
