Piemont eco village is a cottage village with 70 two-story houses in the barnhouse style with their own land plots and open terraces for outdoor relaxation in the suburbs of the capital. In front of each house, there is a covered parking for two cars. On one side of the cottages, there is a lake with blue water, on the other - a forest, promising a pleasant rest by the water and exciting walks under the rustle of trees and bird songs.

The complex project includes a full-fledged infrastructure with a landscaped embankment of the river canal, relaxation areas, private children's and sports playgrounds, a supermarket, and comfortable service.

Infrastructure

The Piemont eco village cottage village is being built in Pidhirky, 20 minutes by car from the outskirts of Kyiv along the Dnipro highway and 30 minutes from the nearest metro stations "Teremky," "Hippodrome," and "Vydybich." If public transport is needed, minibus route No. 310 "Obukhiv - Metro Vydybich" runs through the village.

A trip to the nearest capital shopping centers - "Art Mall" with shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and children's entertainment, "Domosfera" with elite shops, an exhibition of luxury cars, and a restaurant, and "Atmosfera" with shops, a cinema, a bowling club, and a karting track will take 5 minutes longer.

For outdoor recreation, "Blue Lake" beach is a 10-minute drive from the new building, "Vyshenky" with good fishing spots, and the "Donkey Farm" tourist area. The Queen Country Club equestrian club and SPA center are 15 minutes away.
