PROЦВІТ VILLAGE is a cottage village in the suburbs of Kyiv, next to 200 hectares of protected forest, promising peace, fresh air, fishing, mushroom picking, and berry picking. Future residents are offered 38 cottages of four types with land plots and open terraces for relaxation in the fresh air.

The village itself will have its own pool, SPA, tennis court, gym, children's and sports playgrounds, a park area with places for walking and cycling, gazebos, and BBQ facilities. Next to each cottage, there is space for two cars. Guests can leave their cars in a specially equipped above-ground parking lot.

Infrastructure

PROЦВІТ VILLAGE cottage village is being built at the entrance to the village of Protsyv, 25 minutes by car from Boryspil and 30 minutes from the nearest metro stations "Boryspilska," "Slavutych," and "Osokorky." Suburban minibuses No. 324 and No. 324P run between the village and Kyiv, providing transportation to the "Kharkivska" metro station, as well as minibus No. 64, with the final stop near the "Slavutych" metro station. It takes 18 minutes by car to get to Boryspil International Airport and 50-60 minutes to Maidan Nezalezhnosti in the center of Kyiv.

You can buy groceries near the complex at the "Okolytsia" grocery store, a 6-minute walk away, and at supermarkets of the "Fora," "Kolo," and "ATB-Market" trade networks located along Central Street or in neighboring settlements. If you prefer homemade products, a 3-minute drive will take you to the makeshift market.

The youngest residents of PROЦВІТ VILLAGE await a modern kindergarten near the complex and in The Forest Tale nurseries, which are 4 minutes away by car and at Protsyvska Primary School - 3 minutes by car. A general education school with in-depth study of foreign languages is being built near the cottages, where older children can continue their education. Parents can also send their children to schools and kindergartens in neighboring settlements, within a radius of 10-15 minutes by car from the house. These include the "Kolosok" kindergartens in Hlybokoye and "Berizka" in Petropavlivske, primary and secondary schools in Hlybokoye and Revne. A general education school and Zoloche International School nursery are located 22-25 minutes away by car from the cottages in Vishenky.
