LCD КМ Relax Village In Kievskaya oblaste

Relax Village is an ecological cottage village located in the suburbs of Kyiv, situated between a lake and a forest. According to the project, the territory will have security and access control, with surveillance cameras installed for additional safety of the residents. Around the lake for swimming and fishing, they plan to improve the park area with jogging tracks. For children, a playground will be installed within the village, and a sports area is planned for adults and young athletes. There will also be a special area for walking and training dogs.

The cottages are being built in a Hi-Tech style characterized by minimalism, simplicity, clear straight lines, and a restrained facade design. The typical layout of a two-story house includes a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a study, walk-in closets, storage rooms, three bedrooms, and several bathrooms. Additionally, residents will have two spacious terraces and a 5-6-acre plot of land where they can set up a barbecue area or engage in gardening.

Infrastructure

Relax Village cottage village is being built in the village of Syniak in the Kyiv region, on the border of Vyshhorod and Bucha districts. This location provides two independent roads leading to the village: one through Vyshhorod along the Kyiv Sea and the other through Hostomel. By car, it is 20 minutes to the edge of Kyiv, 40 minutes to the city center, and 40 and 35 minutes to the nearest metro stations "Zhytomyrska" and "Heroiv Dnipra," respectively.

Residents of the cottages have access to the infrastructure of the village of Syniak, including grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, tire service, a car service station, and a car wash. These facilities are all within a 15-minute walk. Within a 10-minute drive from the village, there are large supermarkets where residents can buy groceries for a longer period. Additionally, if needed, residents can visit neighboring towns and the capital for shopping and services.

Adjacent to the cottages is the suburban complex Relax Villa with a restaurant, SPA, two outdoor pools, saunas, tubs, and mineral waters, which residents of the cottage village can visit on preferential terms.
