Riviera Village is a club complex of buildings in a pine forest, adjacent to the Dnipro canal near the Kyiv Sea. The complex is located in the village of Lebedivka, Vyshhorod district, on a total area of 200 hectares, over 100 hectares of which are forest. The project is being implemented by the developer company "Riviera Estate".

Riviera Village is a stable successful project that has been under construction and development for 15 years. During this time, the cottage complex has grown from 25 houses to 200 already built. Today, there are another 150 cottages being implemented here, located in 8 areas of the complex.

The cottages are built using classic brick technology.
