LCD KM Severinivka Forest In Kievskaya oblaste

Severinivka Forest Cottage Village is a new project located in an already built and populated town. The complex is being built deep in the forest, which is why it bears such a name. Twenty-one cottages with modern architecture are being built on the enclosed territory, characterized by minimalism, straight and clear lines, cubic forms, and classic colors of finishing materials. The adjacent area of each cottage is designed according to landscape design - lawn, decorative shrubs, evening lighting. Infrastructure

Severinivka Forest Cottage Village in the village of Severinivka, Makariv district of Kyiv region, is located 23 km from Kyiv and 18 km from Makariv. The capital can be reached via the Zhytomyr highway. The village has its own shuttle transport that can take you to Kyiv.

The cottage village is built in an ecologically clean area with fresh air, not far from a birch grove, pine forest, lake, and the source of the Bucha river.

All infrastructure facilities of the same-named town are available to the residents of the new street. For children, there are a kindergarten and primary school. For games and walks in the fresh air, there are playgrounds, football and volleyball fields, and four tennis courts. Barbecue areas are also available, and in the summer, you can spend the whole day on the equipped beach near the lake.

You can go shopping or relax in a cafe in your own shopping center. To maintain beauty and health, a cosmetology office, beauty studio, and a sports and recreation complex with a pool will be opened.
