LCD KM Severinivka Forest In Kievskaya oblaste

Сeverinivka Forest is a new project located in an already built and populated town. The complex is being built deep in the forest, which is why it is called that way. Twenty-one cottages with modern architecture are being built on the enclosed territory, characterized by minimalism, straight and clear lines, cubic forms, and classic colors of finishing materials. The adjacent area of each cottage is designed according to landscape design - lawn, decorative shrubs, evening lighting. The common territory includes pedestrian and car roads, as well as a play area for children with sports elements.

Infrastructure

Сeverinivka Forest is located in the village of Severinivka in Makariv district of Kyiv region, 23 km from Kyiv and 18 km from Makariv. You can reach the capital via the Zhytomyr highway. The village has its own public transport, which can take you to Kyiv.

The cottage town is built in an ecologically clean area with fresh air, close to a birch grove, pine forest, lake, and the source of the Bucha river.

All the infrastructure objects of the town are available to the residents of the new street. For children, there are a kindergarten and a primary school. For games and walks in the fresh air, there are playgrounds, football and volleyball fields, and four tennis courts. You can also use barbecue areas and spend a whole day on the organized beach near the lake in the summer.
