Life outside the metropolis attracts with solitude, a small number of neighbors, and the opportunity to be in the center of nature - all of this is characteristic of the new Waterside cottage village. The project involves the construction of six residences on a territory closed off from outsiders.

Infrastructure

The complex is located in the village of Bobrytsya, less than 20 km from Kyiv, which allows for quick access to the capital and back. A few minutes from Waterside there is a public transport stop, from where you can easily reach Kyiv. Car owners have three directions to choose from: Zhytomyrska highway, Ring road, and Odeska highway. The variety of routes will help avoid traffic jams when entering and leaving Kyiv.

Bobrytsya is a quiet, developed suburb with playgrounds, a kindergarten and school, grocery and building stores, a post office, and a hippodrome. Local authorities regularly organize fairs and various activities for children and adults. In the neighboring town, there are schools, supermarkets, a clinic, and several medical laboratories. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach Boyarka, where there is an open-building hypermarket "Epicentr K" and supermarkets "Silpo", "Fora", and "ATB".
