In each case, you will have your own terrace for barbecue on weekends or morning coffee, a plot of land for a pool and garden, as well as an open garage for 2 cars. The common area will feature areas for games and sports activities - a children's playground and a workout complex will be installed here. And as part of the security system, round-the-clock security and video surveillance around the perimeter of the territory are provided.

The cottages of ZAHRAVA village 2 are being built 6 km from the border with Kyiv in a small but modern town - Bucha.
