Cottage complex "Zarichnyi Hay" is a housing for permanent or temporary residence in the suburbs of Kyiv. Ten two-story cottages with mansards and small open balconies are being built 15 minutes by car from the capital, in a green area near the forest and the Demidivka river. Each cottage has its own plot with a green lawn, where children can play and adults can relax. The territory of the town is equipped with driveways, pedestrian walkways paved with sidewalk tiles.
