"Green Boulevard" is a comfort-class cottage town in the suburban area of the capital - Bilohorodka village, Bucansky district. The project is being implemented by the company "Eurodim". On the total area of ​​20 hectares, there are 306 cottages, each on a separate fenced plot of 5.5-7.5 acres. The future house project can be selected from 6 standard options. During construction, two technologies are used - the Canadian method of erecting cottages from SIP panels, as well as the classical technology of erecting walls from gas silicate blocks. Both options provide maximum heat savings, which positively affects the cost of heating. The houses are equipped with a powerful eight-kilowatt connection of a three-phase electrical network and are connected to the central water supply, with high-speed internet being brought into each cottage. The complex has convenient driveways, organized asphalt driveways.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of the "Green Boulevard" cottage town is closed to outsiders, is under protection and video surveillance. Green areas and places for children's playgrounds are arranged here.

The management company with an emergency service will take care of solving the main problems of the town's life.

Infrastructure

The cottage town "Green Boulevard" is located next to a forest park area in Bilohorodka village, Bucansky district. The advantage of the location is the presence of two exits towards Kyiv: to Zhytomyrska highway and the P04 Kyiv - Fastiv highway, which allows residents to use the capital's infrastructure. By car, it is a 13-minute drive to the nearest metro station "Zhytomyrska", and a 12-minute drive to the Great Ring Road. If public transport is needed, suburban minibuses No.748 and No.749 run from Bilohorodka with final stops near the metro stations "Sviatoshyn" and "Nyvky".

Residents of the "Green Boulevard" cottage town can buy groceries at a mini-market on the town's territory or at two nearby grocery stores.
