The residential complex "Leleka" is part of the eponymous club complex in the suburbs of Kyiv, where you can enjoy nature and tranquility, waking up to the singing of birds and inhaling the scents of wild herbs. The project includes four two-story buildings with eight apartments each, created in the concept of Open space.
Each apartment comes with two parking spaces in a closed parking lot. The town will feature an outdoor pool, a shop, a football field, and a children's playground. Residents will also have access to a stocked lake and a natural reservoir with a relaxation area.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "Leleka" is being built in the village of Pylypovychi near the Warsaw Highway (M 07 Kyiv - Kovel - Yahodyn), a 5-minute drive to the district center of Borodyanka and 25 minutes to the Zhytomyrska metro station. If public transport is needed, minibus No. 1921 departs from the Sviatoshyn metro station towards Pylypovychi. Nearby the village is the Makiychukove railway platform, where suburban trains stop.
The infrastructure of Pylypovychi includes a family medicine clinic, a kindergarten, the suburban club "4 Seasons" with a restaurant and hotel, the Happy Horse Club equestrian center, and the motorists' club. Residents of the "Leleka" residential complex will also have access to the infrastructure of the neighboring district center of Borodyanka. This includes shopping at supermarkets such as "Fora," "ATB-Market," "Skrinia," and "Fresh Meat," located within a 12-13 minute drive.
Families with children can enroll their little ones in the nearest kindergartens in Borodyanka: the "Buratino" kindergarten is a 5-minute drive away, and the "Kazka" kindergarten is 12 minutes away. Parents of schoolchildren can choose one of the schools within a 14-minute drive from the house. These include the Borodyanska Primary and Secondary School, Schools No. 1 and No. 2. For extracurricular activities, the music school is also a 12-minute drive from the "Leleka" residential complex.
For sports activities, a multifunctional sports ground will be built in the town for playing football, volleyball, basketball, and other active games. For training, it is a 12-minute drive to the Bordo Gym and Fizruk sports clubs in Borodyanka. For swimming and outdoor relaxation, the complex project includes a 20-meter outdoor pool, and not far from the cottage town is a picturesque lake on the Bucha River, where fishing and swimming are possible.
