LCD Oxford Residential Complex In Kievskaya oblaste

The residential complex "OXFORD" is a modern residential complex in an ecologically clean suburb of the capital, the village of Chaiki. The project is implemented by the "Royal House" group of companies. The architectural aesthetics of the residential complex in the style of English neoclassicism attracts attention and makes the buildings recognizable.

The "OXFORD" residential complex consists of fifteen 9-story comfort-class buildings on a total area of 14 hectares. The complex is being built according to the principle of block development, with each block having its own unique name. The residential stock consists of 4000 apartments ranging from 40 to 65 sq.m with ergonomic layouts. Caring for the safety of the residents, the project includes the construction of a bomb shelter in accordance with the state norms of Ukraine, and the courtyards of the "OXFORD" residential complex will have their own enclosed territory. According to the master plan, the area is provided with around 2500 parking spaces in the surface parking lot.

Infrastructure

The "OXFORD" residential complex is located in the picturesque part of the village of Chaiki in an ecologically prosperous part of the Buchansky district of the Kyiv region. Its convenient location in a quiet suburb makes it an ideal place for comfortable living, as "OXFORD" is just a few kilometers away from the capital and 10 minutes from the "Akademmistechko" metro station. In addition, there are exits to the Zhytomyrska highway, the Ring Road, and Berestey Street. Next to the residential complex is the final stop of bus route No. 37 to the "Sviatoshyn" metro station, making the trip to the city fast and convenient.

A residential complex of this scale requires a large number of different infrastructure elements: grocery and industrial stores, clothing stores, pharmacies, bank branches, clothing and shoe repair shops, dry cleaning, beauty salons, restaurants and cafes, stationery stores, etc. Commercial premises with a total area of over 13,500 sq.m will be located on the ground floors of the buildings along the main road, visible to both the complex residents and those living nearby.

Residents of the "OXFORD" residential complex will have a picturesque 4-hectare park near their home, where they can gather with family or friends for a picnic on a cozy lawn, take a walk on a summer day, or ride bicycles with children. On the territory, a state general education school I-III levels is being built, which the developer will support with an enhanced English language learning program. For preschoolers, a number of private kindergartens and developmental clubs are planned to be opened.

The living space in the complex will be divided by functional purpose, but without obstacles in the form of additional stairs, curbs separating green areas from sidewalks. Raised curbs will only divide the driveways to maximize separation from pedestrian pathways for additional safety and to prioritize pedestrians. Adults and the youngest residents of the living space will be able to spend time safely, as there will be various activities for future residents: children's playgrounds, multifunctional sports grounds, and areas for active and passive recreation.

Residents of the "OXFORD" residential complex can also conveniently use the infrastructure outside the complex. For groceries, the "Fora" supermarket is a 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk away, while the "Kolo" supermarket is a minute longer on foot. Another "Kolo" supermarket and the "NOVUS" supermarket are a 6-minute drive from the "OXFORD" residential complex. In the village of Chaiki, there are general education schools, private kindergartens such as "Candy Kids Club", "Magic Wood", "Monte Dino", "MisterFrog’s kindergarten", municipal kindergarten No. 474 "Beryzka", child development club "Masiki", private schools "Mikhail" and "Unique School".
