Description

The residential complex Paradise Avenue is a modern residential complex with its own lake and comfortable infrastructure in Kryukovshchyna, Kyiv region. The project is being implemented by the company "ZIM Group". The project includes 18 buildings of different number of floors, the first six of which have already been put into operation.

Each section has two elevators from the manufacturer "Kleemann" with batteries for emergency opening. For car owners in the Paradise Avenue residential complex, a large multi-level above-ground parking is planned so as not to waste time searching for a parking space. Closed territory, round-the-clock security and video surveillance help create a more peaceful environment.

Infrastructure

The Paradise Avenue residential complex is located in the village of Kryukovshchyna, Bucha district of the Kyiv region, on Chornovola street. This is very close to Kyiv - only 12 minutes by car to the metro station "Teremky". Kyiv can be reached either through the ring road near the Zhuliany overpass or through the Odessa highway.
