The concept of the residential complex Park Residence follows the Scandinavian philosophy of hygge: combining coziness, safety, and creating a friendly atmosphere.
The complex consists of 6 P-shaped buildings, 4 of which complement each other and create a closed inner space. The upper floors are attic under a gable roof with large glazed and auditory windows. Attic floors are a reference to Scandinavian architecture and diversity in layouts due to architectural forms.
