LCD ZhM Nova Bucha In Kievskaya oblaste

"Nova Bucha" is a project to create a "city within a city" covering an area of 82.5 hectares. The quarter grids will consist of buildings ranging from 5 to 9 floors and infrastructure facilities: kindergartens, schools, shops, and medical facilities. They will arrange their mini-park and sports zone.

In the new phase of the residential complex, buildings of P-shaped form with parking around the perimeter of the plot. Public spaces - playgrounds, sports areas, and recreational areas will be located in the inner courtyard of the buildings.

Infrastructure

Near the buildings of the "Nova Bucha" complex, stops of public transport - buses No. 352 and No. 421 are installed. It is possible to reach the metro stations Svyatoshyn and Akademmistechko from Bucha by shuttle buses No. 381, No. 387, No. 423, and No. 424, and to the metro station Obolon by shuttle bus No. 421.

In the new phase, a kindergarten has been built, and with the development of the complex, more private kindergartens and one state kindergarten will open. The residential complex complements the city's infrastructure with commercial spaces on the ground floors, where shops, medical offices, cafes, and small bars open. It takes a 15-minute walk to the nearest "Eco-Market" for groceries. Post office, pharmacy, and the "Warsaw" shopping complex are within walking distance. It takes a 5-minute drive by car to the market with fresh vegetables, fruits, and farm products.

Bucha is a small town, so all infrastructure is within a 10-minute drive by car. In addition to the kindergarten on the territory, preschool institutions are a 5-minute drive away: Fun Kids kindergarten, preschool center No. 85, "Yablunka" kindergarten, preschool center No. 1 "Sonechko". Bucha schools No. 5, No. 4, and No. 3 are located within an 8-minute drive.

Sports activities are part of the developer's concept, so outdoor training areas will be arranged. Near "Nova Bucha" there is a small forest where you can run, ride a bike on forest trails, or have picnics.
